By accessing CultivateMIA.com, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, submitting an application, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CultivateMIA.com, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, submitting information through our website, or participating in a Cultivate event or related experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website, purchase tickets, register for, or participate in our events or services.
2. Description of Services
Cultivate is an event and business-networking experience operated by Harvest Your Leads, LLC.
Cultivate may provide conferences, live events, networking experiences, educational programming, speaker presentations, VIP experiences, private gatherings, digital content, sponsorship opportunities, promotional communications, and other related products and services.
Specific benefits, access levels, schedules, speakers, programming, locations, and experiences may vary depending on the ticket, package, sponsorship, or service purchased.
3. Event Tickets and Registration
Admission to Cultivate events may require a valid ticket, registration, credential, invitation, or other authorization issued or approved by Harvest Your Leads, LLC.
Tickets and credentials may be subject to verification before admission.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing or registering for an event.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, integrity, or operation of the event, including in cases of fraud, misconduct, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.
4. Event Changes
Event schedules, speakers, programming, venues, experiences, sponsors, activities, and other event elements are subject to change.
The appearance of any specific speaker, guest, sponsor, entertainer, company, or other participant is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
We reserve the right to modify event schedules, programming, speakers, venues, formats, or experiences when reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
5. Event Conduct
Cultivate is intended to provide a professional, safe, and productive environment for attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and guests.
Attendees agree not to engage in unlawful activity, harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that materially interferes with the event or another attendee’s experience.
We reserve the right to remove an individual from an event for material violations of these standards or where reasonably necessary to protect attendees or event operations.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle the attendee to a refund.
6. Photography, Video, and Event Recording
Cultivate events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.
By entering and participating in a Cultivate event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, or other event media.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant Harvest Your Leads, LLC permission to use event photographs, recordings, and other media in which you appear for legitimate event documentation, promotional, marketing, social-media, and commercial purposes without additional compensation.
Nothing in this provision authorizes Harvest to use an attendee’s name, likeness, or endorsement in a manner that falsely suggests a personal endorsement of a product or service.
7. Educational and Business Disclaimer
Cultivate presentations, speakers, workshops, discussions, materials, and other programming are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Harvest Your Leads, LLC does not guarantee any particular financial, professional, business, investment, networking, employment, or other outcome from attending Cultivate.
Statements made by independent speakers, sponsors, attendees, exhibitors, or other third parties represent their own views and do not necessarily represent the views of Harvest Your Leads, LLC.
You are responsible for evaluating any business, financial, investment, legal, tax, health, or other decisions you make based on information obtained through the event and should consult appropriately qualified professionals when necessary.
8. All Sales Final
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Harvest Your Leads, LLC, all ticket, registration, upgrade, VIP experience, sponsorship, membership, product, and service sales are final.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise expressly authorized by Harvest Your Leads, LLC.
Failure or inability to attend an event does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund, credit, or transfer.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or materially modified, Harvest Your Leads, LLC may determine the applicable ticketing remedy, which may include honoring the ticket for the rescheduled event, issuing a credit, offering another event or experience, or providing another remedy where required by applicable law.
If an event is canceled entirely, any refund or credit obligations will be determined by the terms applicable to the ticket purchased and applicable law.
Harvest Your Leads, LLC is not responsible for attendee travel, lodging, transportation, lost wages, or other incidental expenses associated with attending or attempting to attend an event, except where otherwise required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
Cultivate and Harvest content, including website content, branding, logos, graphics, presentations, event materials, videos, educational programming, proprietary frameworks, and other materials owned by Harvest Your Leads, LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written authorization.
The trademarks, materials, and intellectual property of speakers, sponsors, partners, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
11. User Conduct and Website Use
You agree to use CultivateMIA.com only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to compromise the website’s security, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another individual or organization, scrape or exploit website content in violation of applicable law, or use our forms and communication systems to distribute unauthorized spam.
12. Third-Party Speakers, Sponsors, and Services
Cultivate may feature independent speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, venues, service providers, and other third parties.
Their participation in Cultivate does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, agency relationship, or guarantee by Harvest Your Leads, LLC.
Harvest is not responsible for independent representations, offers, products, services, agreements, or transactions entered into directly between attendees and third parties.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CultivateMIA.com, Cultivate events, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Harvest Your Leads, LLC makes no guarantee regarding specific results, business opportunities, connections, earnings, outcomes, speakers, or experiences arising from participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvest Your Leads, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the website, attendance at an event, or participation in related services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. SMS / Mobile Messaging Program
By expressly consenting to the Cultivate / Harvest Your Leads, LLC SMS messaging program, you agree to receive recurring SMS or text messages at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by applicable law.
Messages may include event announcements, registration information, ticket updates, reminders, schedule changes, networking opportunities, speaker announcements, promotional offers, Harvest or Cultivate opportunities, and customer-service or account notifications.
Participation is voluntary, and consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. No additional marketing messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, CultivateMIA.com, or Cultivate services will be governed by the laws of the state specified by Harvest Your Leads, LLC’s applicable legal agreements, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where permitted by law, disputes will be brought in the courts having jurisdiction over Harvest Your Leads, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our events, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on CultivateMIA.comwith a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
